    I actually had a moment with nature this am. It was a beautiful morning, great way to start the day watching the sunrise!

    Great job lunging backwards, Shawn! I’m always impressed what you can do with 1.5 (1.75?) legs.

  2. Thank God for rest/travel days. Would be a good one to put in the archive for Travel WOD though.

  3. Wishing I could have been there. I’m still nursing my back. Hopefully by the end of the week I’ll be good to go.

    Definitely a pretty morning. Lunging backward luckily felt fine, just was a little extra careful (or maybe it was an excuse to be lazy and not push as hard 🙂 )

    And we’ll say 1.75-1.8 legs, I’m definitely beyond 1.5. Can’t wait till I can run and jump again (that sounds strange to say, those always kicked my butt!).
