    250m Row for runs; 50lbs Snatches; 12 GHD Sit Up for DU’s
    First day on Snatches, tried to move well and get the most out of the light weight but totally forgot to work on the dip until the last round.

    I like how both Brad and Ellen did a full end of wod 200m at sprint pace even though they wouldn’t be done before 15min. Great attitude to get out as much as they can.
    No Jim today, I think you guys were lying yesterday.

  2. I had lunch with my Cousin today and he was telling me about his son who can run a 2:02 800m. He is working to get under 2:00. Pre CF I would not have given much thought to a kid running a 800m in 2:02 but now that I know the pain of my trying to get a sub 6:00 800 (no laughing Joey) it put his accomplishment in a different light. I Love CF but still hate running.
