  1. Rx’d: 5 rounds + 15 BJ and 7 PP = 202 reps

This workout was tough. My goal was 200 and I just barely made it.

  2. Rx’d: 5 rounds + 1 box jump

  3. 202 rx’d

This was rough……my arms are so mad at me. 😦

  4. 8 rounds mod (18.4wks)
    90lbs PP, 24″ Step Ups
really happy I was able to get legit single kip T2B throughout. If I take anything from this journey is to learn just to keep going.

Beautiful efforts, especially by the Games competitors, they seemed to bring themselves up to the occasion. Ryan’s end game effort was huge.

  5. 3 Rounds + 15 Box Jumps and 1 Push Press (Push Jerk)
    124 Rx

I wanted to push myself to Rx this one, even though it was a heavy weight for me on the overhead movement. The box jumps and Toes-to-bar went really well, but overhead was difficult. Once again, this one didn’t test my lungs or drive nearly as much as just testing my strength.

  6. 205 rxd (5 rounds + 10 push press/jerk)

  7. 8 rounds + 3 box jumps (291).

  8. 5 rounds + 4 T2B (211)

20″ box, 75 # PP and knee ups. Was nice to see all the amazing effort and new faces at CFS this morning. Great coaching today by the Mobility Goddess.

  9. 226 (6 rounds + 10 Box J)
This was a difficult one…out of breath from round 2!

Great job everyone- champion efforts by CFS
