  1. 155 hah! … 105, 13:43, grip/wrists were surprisingly giving out by end and once again cleans were my hardest, muscles and inertia have not gotten to be friends yet – still fighting each other. Jeff had good tips on alternating grips for DL, & hook for cleans.

form could’ve been better, struggled with balance between moving fast for intensity and practice moving well. should’ve dropped better in jerks and cleans for efficiency.

Love DT WOD, at it’s best scaling it gives HUGE rewards to those who move better early and throughout… great mental challenge to keep rests short. It’s on my list to do once I’m back to near full strength.

  3. 11:34 @ 135lbs

Previously, I’ve only ever done 115 and my best time was 9:52. So I moved 2700 more pounds (135 reps X 20 extra lbs) in an extra 1:42. I’ll take it!

  4. 10:30-scaled 135#

Two minutes six seconds PR last time was at 115 pounds. can’t wait for 155 (ugh Sounds super heavy)

  5. 9:15 class (and Casey, I was in the gym when he did this WOD too) looked really good in both the hang power cleans and jerks today. Nice job!

  6. 7:26 Rx
    Thanks for the coaching Brandie.
Nice work Jessica and Kate! Thanks for facing the “right” way with me 😉

    • It did feel a little weird facing the “right” way but I could get used to it 🙂
Thanks to you and Brandie for the extra tips on kipping….some day I will get it!

      • Oh ya, you’ll get it for sure and once you do you won’t ever forget it!
        Keep practicing everyday.

I was kind of down on myself because I really wanted to do this rx’d, but it felt really heavy for me. Really heavy. So I went with what felt doable and got a 2min pr. Lovin me some CF!

  8. We just finished coaching the last 101 class for the month. Be prepared to see some new faces amongst us! Go CFS!

    • Welcome new CFS’rs! I think I saw you throwing down your mad coaching skills on Saturday with a couple of them.
