    AMRAP – 40 @ 115#

  2. Squat Snatch – form, form form (sigh), 95# need to get lower, & keep bar close.
    53 at 85# pwr snatch, the pulls are better when I don’t think about it…

    Good to watch everyone’s intensity to get the form right, good session.

  3. Kept the weight to 135lbs. and really just worked on form. Still far from perfect, but I appreciated the tips from Jeff. Looking forward to the day I can go for a true max, but I just don’t feel comfortable yet. I’ve learned the hard way that it dosen’t pay to go heavy when you can’t do the motion right.

    Part 2: 67 reps at 95lbs.

  4. 1RM Squat Snatch: 140lbs (23.6wks)
    letting myself “feel” my way up a little more but still being slow, careful and limiting the amount of my jumps. Feels comfortable dropping, just need to work on feet less wide and smooth a “hitch” in my pull transition.

    Max Reps @ 115lbs: 60 reps
    Did singles until the last round. In hindsight should’ve been started each round w/ 5 reps unbroken and then singles.

  5. 1RM Squat Snatch: 145lbs (15lb PR!)
    Max Reps @ 115lbs: 47 reps

  6. 1RM squat snatch: 55lbs (29lb PR!)
    Max reps @ 45lbs, 60 reps

  7. 135# 1 RM (it was not the greatest form)

    52 reps at 115# PS felt good

  8. 1RM squat snatch: 95
    Max reps @ 65#: 66 reps

  9. 1RM squat snatch: 150
    Max reps @115#: 54 reps
