Hey, I know I am a couple days late on this post…but it is worth commenting:
I happen to have one last whole grass fed chicken left, and Sharon roasted it. Then I shredded most of it and made this Salad -AMAZING does not even begin to describe!!! I did not have any poppyseed (and decided not to drop the $7), and have to admit I used Olive oil mayo from a jar (very few ingredience…promise). Amazing!
This is for sure a new staple lunch in my house now I just need a new grass get chicken supplier??!
Oh, this is about Andrea’s amazing chicken salad…
Yeah, that chicken salad is crazy! I’ve also made a version with ham that was delicious as well.

1st round of 10 touched the bar but I only occasionally touched after that, I tried to only count chest height ones. Appreciated Ryan’s comment on pushing the bar away at top. Liked this workout, since I don’t have a rebound box jump, 30″ was normal slow, & GHDs aren’t a problem. C2Bs were broken after the 1st round!
Sorry darklifters, but I was too focused to do much encouraging, I’ll work on this. I know there was a lot of great efforts.

20″ Box Jumps: extra slow and extra careful so definitely dropped some intensity during those. Indecisive whether that’s better or 24″ step ups with higher speed but it was fun to jump.
Thought I’d be able to keep up C2B 3’s longer but went to 2’s quickly. Doh!
