  1. 18:03 Row, 75(1)/65#(4) Shoulder Press (15x), Knee issues for squat / run. Was glad to work on presses always need this.

  2. 14:54 Rx
First Nancy Rx – 8/2011 did not do WOD, and prior I have posted 14:57 scaled to 75# (and suspect maybe not 5 rounds) in boos
    K, but no date.

  3. Rx’d: 15:26 (1:11 PR!)

Did all the OHS unbroken. I was definitely standing around a bit after the runs so next time I’m going to try to get right on the bar.

  4. 17:43 First time rx’ing Nancy. Felt really slow today but should do better on the next one!

  5. 27:11 with 65# OHS Did the OHS unbroken. About 5:00 (?) slower than previous time with the same weight. I did not write down the date for some bizzare reason but figure it was over a year ago. Not sure why it was so much slower this time around.

I was going to Row 500m instead of run but figured the run would be more horrible.

500m row, just the 11lb bar, sore knee. I’m in awe and totally inspired by how much weight people can use with this. I did try putting on 20 lb and if I had decided to do fewer reps, I think I could have made it work, but I wanted to go for the 15 each round instead.

  7. @ home.

    Great job 5:30am class!

  9. 18:57 – scaled 65#

Thanks for the personal training session today Annie! Where the heck was everybody?

  10. 20:54 rx’d
(almost a 2 min pr, which makes me wonder how slow was I moving before??)

  11. 18:00 – scaled 31#
