    Tried keeping T2B ‘single kip/swing’ as long as I could, improve that skill. Lasted until the end of the set of 15 where I just didn’t have any left. I think I might’ve paced the WBS a little too much in trying to keep fresh for the T2B, because they kick my butt!

    Great way to start the post-holiday work week with a great set of people working hard and a challenging wod.

    Broke the WBs to 20 then 10s, T2B broke 2-5 based on my out of control swing or if I missed a toe touch. Big group, the bars were full & everyone was sucking the O2 out of gym today – needed both doors open! I’m sure that’s why it was so tough. Glad I did it!

    This one was awesome. The wall balls went down to sets of five after the first 50, and the toes to bar went from sets of five to 2 or 3 after the set of 20. Chris kept me pushing hard; he blasted through it! Nice job Chris!

    I convinced myself during the wod that this was possibly the worse wod we’ve ever done. But I also thought it would take me 1 hr to get through it, so happy it didn’t!

  14. 14:03 but scaled the T2B in half and 10# ball for Wall shots. Still felt like a victory when I finished. Great encouragement from Annie was appreciated.

    I still feel like I’m on my first workout back from being gone for two weeks even though this is probably my 3rd or 4th workout being back! With the travel, sister in town, and then the holiday mid week I had found it hard to make it into the gym with so many afternoon activities going on. I am really hoping this week brings a little more consistancy back into my workout schedule!
