  1. 9:23 with 95#. As usual way harder than it looked. I tried to scale down and burn through it but fatigued really quickly on the cleans wich made the Burpee’s extra fun. Seemed extra sweaty at Pancho’s today.

On a side note, CF has given me a new perspective on certain Olympic events. Watching a person throw up a 3X body weight clean and jerk or run a 4x.xx 400m is Awesome.

    Fearfully and wonderfully made indeed.

  2. 9:24; 110#, tech/weight felt okay (Annie mentioned something about my butt but not in a good way) broke 2/3 rnd into 5s. Enjoyed the large class.

On Olympics.. I see a lot of great efforts at our box that always impress me, maybe because it seems more human. I’ve also met a bunch of Olympic swimmers and amazingly they look and act just like us, “just” a little more “wonderfully made”.

    • Just keep sitting back into that barstool and your butt will be awesome!! Muted hips = not awesome.

  3. WOD at home (watching the granddaughter): 8 mile run, 1:17:00.

The Olympic runners (sprint or long distance) amaze me, they control their effort and breathing flawlessly.

  4. 5:50 rx.
Great job coaching such a big class today Annie!

  5. 6:43 rx’d (47 second PR)

  6. 8:07 rx’d (2:30 sec pr)

I enjoyed this WOD maybe more than I should have, didn’t even mind the burpees.

  7. 5:24 Rx’d (3:40 PR)
Pretty good, except during second round did huge amount of bicep curls (early arm bend) which made 3rd round more difficult than it should’ve been. Thanks for pointing it out Jimmy.
Great class management Annie. Everything made the big class move very smoothly.

  8. 10:35 RX

  9. 9:55 Rx
Tired easy… Feel the summer catching up with me…food needs to refocus as a priority

  10. 4:48 Rx’d
