  1. I was a little hesitant going into this one. It had shoulder and back re-injury written all over it. I was thinking about subbing something else for the overhead lunge. After doing a few with no pain in the warm up I decided to go for it. Really glad I did! Came away feeling great and more confident in the overhead position!

  3. 12:15, sub’d OHS (8) at 85#, shoulder and damaged toe worries. Geez, or is that geezer? I want a healed body! I had no ability to tie the Knees to Elbows together today – this took forever!

I may have dropped the bar a foot short on the last round ;(

I have never done that kind of weight on an OH walking lunge. It was very challenging but I’m sure will make me better in the long run.

  5. 15:23, 57# lunge. I’ve seen better days, body hurt.

  7. We had Cameron Baughn, our fellow CFSer, come and do our windows today. He did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him. Extremely thorough. Very reasonable too.
See community board if you’re interested. Hurry though because he’s going back to school soon!

Thanks again Cam for the amazing work.

  10. 12:25 @ 95#
The overhead lunge is uncomfortable, but I’m glad I did this weight. It was manageable and neither too fast nor too slow. I had good sets of knees to elbows, and even did the first set of 15 unbroken!

OHS lunges were tough( especially round 4-5)
