Shoulder still giving issues but did 15 rnds HSPU w/ pad+10# then did 2 pads, Cleans did 125#, HSPUs were the toughest.
I REALLY like the new boards, thanks Jeff! The sweat marks on the board showed I was not hitting the black all the time but I have no excuses now.

PC 185#-I decided to not overdo it with the weight…I was having form issues during the warm up.
Good job everyone this morning…ALOT of hard work.
I have a theory, for every complaint you lose 2 pounds of ability. And that’s where my HSPU went, been whining too much lately. 🙂 Back on the wagon!
Failed my scaling choice, spent the first 10 minutes/5 rounds failing more reps than succeeding on the power cleans w/ 225lbs, then cruised on 205lbs. Wanted it! 225 is my 1RM. 2 abmats for HSPU. 15 rounds + 2 WBS in 30mins.
25:18 -15# wb, standard push ups (achilles pain just kicking up into handstand push ups), 115# power clean (thought it was 105 until round 15 when I realized I had a 45# bar not 35#) 30rounds.
