  1. 14:47 (30 second PR from May) 3:32, 3:36, 3:39
Very encouraged by tight splits and very glad Ben was there pushing me – I didn’t hold it at the end but next time maybe can move the splits down more.

A bit of negative energy before runs but I think everyone was pumped by the end – good jobs!

  2. 14:35 (:45 PR over May, but still :11 off best time Nov 2011)
    3:32/3:33/3:30 – splits today
    3:26/3:36/4:08 -splits from May

Definitely better pacing today…allowed best split in round 3. Excited about working on times.

Fun fun w Mark this morning…good pace buddy!

  3. 17:35. My biggest accomplishment today is the fact that I didn’t get even one side ache the whole time. That’s HUGE! I’m usually doubled over early on with those darn side aches. I don’t know exactly what I can attribute that to, but I’ll take it! Running is definitely starting to feel a tiny bit easier for me. This will be a fun one to compare in a few months. Nice to meet a few new people today also! 🙂 Good work 9:15….

    • I used to get side aches when first started running – I found breathing deep (from the belly) usually helped. It’s been a long time since my last one so maybe it’s something you just work through.

  4. 14:14 Great 9:15 class!

  5. 13:52
I felt better on these runs than I have in a long time. I was able to keep my form and steps per minute fairly consistent throughout the workout. Running is still something I need to work on, but I’m glad to see, or at least feel, improvement.

  6. I have a bum toe so no running today for me – instead is substituted rowing (1000 meters 3x = 17:36). I got to use the “new” rower which was very nice. Thanks to the Vales for the great new piece of equipment. We could have used it on Monday with the large crowd we had 🙂

  7. 15:40

3:36 first round…. Down hill from there.

  8. 18:41, didn’t track individual rounds
