  1. 9:36 (Marketa Rx’d @ 65#), felt better than expected, next time add 10#, still had something at end. Broke at 20 then 10s, quick break at 95 to end strong. It was a good high energy workout this morning, kudos to Michele on the 100 reps! It almost felt like I was “getting” the thrust of the Thruster.

  2. Did about 25 and then started to feel it in my back to much. I finished the rest of my workout with 100 squats and 100 Double Unders.

  3. 12:51 with 42lbs. Great coaching to minimize the rest time!

This wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be.
    Congrats Lundquist’s on the half!

  5. 17:32 rx’d

This was worse than I thought it was going to be.

  6. 10:15 @ 36#. I need to get more confident in challenging myself with heavier weight.

Lookin’ Good Brooke and Ryan – Way to Move Well 🙂

  7. I think it was 10:26, with 32#. Like Carole, I think I could have tried a little bit more weight today. It was hard but I think I could have accepted a little bit harder. 😉 We’ll see tomorrow! Thanks for great coaching Ryan and nice work you guys on the half!!

  8. Nice half-marathon Lundquists! Kicking some butt!

  9. 12:51 RX

  10. 19:31 rx…this was a hard one.

  11. 13:29 Rx
Tough today… Thrusters are not for the weak

  12. Brooke and Ry – Great job you two!! Love you both!

  13. 15:52, 42 pounds

After the first round of 10 I thought I was going to have to drop my weight. Thanks so much Annie for all of the encouragement! It was a huge help to me today.

  14. 9:44 Rx’d

  15. 7:37 Rx’d
[did sep 12] tougher than I expected. Thought for sure I’d do sets of 15 throughtout, did not go as planned. Like it! Hope it comes around some day.
