A few select products…

Over the coming months we will be carrying a few products at the gym for you to purchase. Anyone who comes to our gym or follows this blog knows that I do not promote very many supplements or nutritional products. This is because the vast majority of them are garbage and you are better off just eating real food! That being said, I do believe there are a few supplements that most everyone should be taking. More on that here. In an attempt to make the lifestyle we are promoting more accessible to you we are bringing some of these products to the gym. Just like we have done with the eggs, you will have the opportunity to buy the highest  quality product on the market at the best price you will find anywhere. I have looked all over the internet and nothing compares to the products we will be carrying. I want to be clear. We are not turning the gym into a place to push products on you  to make money. If we sell it you can count on the fact that it is the safest, most effective and most reasonably priced product of its kind on the market. In upcoming blog posts I will give more detail on the few products that will be available to you.

    Wall balls are still difficult with my shoulder still coming back slowly but I did the full RX workout with a whole lot of cheering going on pushing me to the end. I’m not sure what I hate so much about the wall balls but man do they kick my butt. It was a breeze to get through all the rowing but wall balls… they took it out of me. Need to get my endurance back up.

    Pretty happy as first WOD back from resting back. Gotta find a way to save the shoulder more on the wall balls, that’s truly the limiting factor.
    Probably 10 ‘no reps’, there’s some lost energy there too! Another couple might’ve been borderline as well.
