    Weight was good (hard enough to drop/reset) but not painful. Runs got hard for me. Shawn was the rabbit today, couldn’t keep up w/ Ellen, Michelle pushing the weight, Jim was glad for Friday – everyone good job. Appreciated Jeff’s form corrections!

    A wonderfully classic style CrossFit workout (if there can be such a thing). Just do work!
    Took the runs a little easier (75%) to try and improve form/move more naturally to reduce knee pain. I think I accomplished it as it was the least painful day so far. Still wanted the last run <2min, just missed, doh!
    Good fun group this morning! Good efforts!

    • We got a whole week with Jim, a good week! Great to have you kicking butt this morning.
      Strangest thing heard this week:
      Jim: “I just came in to get some good running in.”

    I don’t know what was going on today, but
    I felt awful this a.m. I actually walked a couple
    times, which I don’t think I’ve ever done before. Im going to get a massage this weekend and get my diet back under control in hopes of feeling better next week.

  10. Had to do this one at home. Seemed really hard – my legs were dead. Could have used some teamwork and motivation. It’s harder when you’re alone.
