Your other rotation…

We’ve talked a lot about strengthening external rotation in the shoulders during our “Shoulder Guy” discussions, video and warm up, but what about your other rotation? Internal rotation mobility also plays an important role in shoulder health. Watch the video above from the man himself and learn how to mobilize your internal rotation.

    What is Kstar using to wrap the shoulder?

    • He calls it voodoo flossing. You can use those green bands in the gym (for the shoulder guy exercies) to wrap around your arms. He also suggests a tire tube if you don’t have the plastic wrap. There’s tons of KStarr videos of him wrapping the band all around your body, on anything that hurts. I’ve seen the elbow one and it looks wicked!

    First day lifting heavy again post back strain, pretty happy! 385 was definitely heavy! Max or at least darn close!

  6. Worked from 80 to 90 lb. I would love to do this again when I’m feeling better and see if there’s any good improvement. Was happy to get to 90 though since my 1 rep max a few months ago was 85; that was pre-confidence in pushing myself much, so I would love to try that again as well. I’m starting to really love the strength days. 🙂
