  1. Does this mean we get to take their kettleballs as trophies?

    Good job CFSers!

  2. Way to go CFS!

A: Really interesting and REALLY awkward rowing with straight legs or straight arms. Not sure what the lesson was except maybe to help accentuate whatever flaws you have and realize how important it is for the legs and arms to work in unison…

    B: 155Lbs ( 20lb PR I think… 🙂

    • Yes, it is a drill to take certain parts of the movement out to force you to focus on, and create power with, the parts of the movement that are left.

  3. A: I can barely get toes to bar with a kip, so this part was extra challenging for me.

    B: 135#

I thought I heard something about a pizza and beer party for the throwdown winners?

  4. Yay CFS – nicely done!

    B: 61# (10# PR)

  5. 125# (1st time ever with the snatch so… PR’ed by 125) 🙂

  6. B: 170 (5lb PR)

  7. A. My toes came pretty close to the bar on the first and second rep, which is a definite improvement. However, after that things went downhill pretty quickly.

    B. 2 rep max 60#
    1 rep max 65#

My previous 1 rep max was 57# so I felt pretty good about my PR today. I have a lot of work to do on my form though.
