Getting Started at CFS

Prior to attending any class at CFS you must fill out the waiver and medical history form. These forms can be downloaded from the right side of the page.
Everyone starts with our CrossFit 101 course. These are 4 sessions that are 1 hour each. They are the first and second week of each month on Tuesday at 6:15pm and Saturday at 8 AM. During these classes you will learn the basics of CrossFit. These classes are a requirement and will allow you to transition safely and smoothly into the regular CrossFit group classes. These classes are free as part of your first month’s membership. There are only 4 spots in this class each month so if you would like to reserve your spot contact us now!
