Fight Gone Bad 6

 

We will be hosting Fight Gone Bad this year on Saturday, September 17th. Lets see how many people we can get to participate and just blow up the gym that day in honor of some good causes. To raise money and be officially a part of the event register here. If you raise $150 you get the coveted FGB t-shirt that so many proud CFers will be walking around in for the next year. Don’t miss out on that. They are always cool shirts that look great.  I would like those who plan on attending that day to email me so I can get a head count. If we get a big showing we will have to run this in heats. Like I said the other day, this is a great benchmark WOD and annual challenge that will give you a landmark each year to gauge your fitness.

Don’t forget, following the WOD we will be having our “real Foods” brunch and CFS shirt printing party! It will run to about 11:30. Some of our shirts that I ordered haven’t come in the mail yet, so if you have some thing else you want printed bring it in. We still do have a pretty decent selection to choose from however. If you want to print you gotta’ bring some grub!
