Fight Gone Bad!

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Fight Gone Bad warm up and briefing will start at 8:30 AM Saturday morning.  We will run two heats. You will be partnered up with someone to be your coach, scorekeeper and cheerleader. Then you will switch roles. Scaling will be an option. We should have about 25 people so be prepared to move well amidst the controlled chaos! See you there.

Its on tomorrow at Lynnwood CrossFit at 8 AM! Jesse will be opening up around 7:00 to warm up and get set up. I will be there between 7 and 7:30. Driving directions are here.
