I agree, the burpees were the worst. For some reason they just never seem to get better for me – I have improved in alot of ways, but not burpee. Nice to see everyone this morning – good work – thanks, John.
I think it’s odd for such a simple series of steps a bunch of Burpees can become so hard.

Went a little light on the weight today and increased my bands since this is my first week back since I hurt my back. Everything felt really good today. Great class!
