I did this end of July w/ red band and 44# then 32# for last two in almost 12:25. It seems a small time drop to me but the band and weight can be huge. Wait ’til next one, I had small break on 3rd KBS and broke Pull ups 2nd into 2 and 3rd into 3 sets, last “run” was almost laughable…

I was the low man on totem pole today. Jimmy definitely maxed out his effort, Ellen/Michelle working outside of comfort zones excellently and Mark solidly beating his old wod. I did not come out of the gates flying today, mental breakdown, first pull ups broken into 3 sets when I know I can usually do 10+ first out. Guess every day can’t be a PR 🙂
Interesting to compare how Mark, Chris and I did today, I think we’ve all been at CFS for about a year. Last time (2 months into doing Crossfit) I did 35# KBS with purple band for PU’s in 13:30. Similar improvements as the other guys, except I didn’t lower my time as much.
That’s still freakin awesome and a huge improvement. I didn’t realize that you started the same time as mark and I. Sounds like anniversary WOD’s are soon to come.
